Depends what kind of person you are I suppose. If you like people, go and sit outside Starbucks and watch the world go by. If you are a loner misanthrope type like myself, buy a fishing rod. |

Firstly I hope you're ok, if you need to chat to someone impartial you can always DM me.
For me my happy place is outdoors, when I am going through a stressful situation I go for a long run through the local countryside.
I enjoy the challenges of the hills, weather conditions, the countryside views, sounds and smells. All of which refocuses my mind on something other than my problems. It gives me the breathing space to not feel overwhelmed and the mind to start confronting things in manageable pieces. Plus the feel good endorphins post run are so needed.
Best wishes to you.

I would say the beach for me OP.
Was looking forward to a break away soon but unfortunately we are locked down now.
Hope you find somewhere for a recharge. Maybe a nice hotel with a spa or a secluded log cabin away from every one depends what you are looking for.
Hope you are ok
Enjoy

Yeah I got proper landlocked with the new borders, mate
The coast is good, the woods, a park... anything that's a change for your eyes, you can find a bit of peace. In my experience, at least.
I hope you find somewhere, man. |

I always find a walk on the beach clears mind. Or in a forest away from everyone, preferably with a stream - the round of water soothes my soul
Hope you feel better soon and always free for a message |

Keep in mind my geography is rubbish, North Devon has some fab beaches. I think unfortunately need to avoid all Wales pretty much now.
Hope you find your happy place

There's a spa hotel in Market Bosworth that I keep meaning to try.
Lady time I looked it was ridiculously cheap for a night there, but probably worth checking they're fully open before going.
But good luck, OP |

As I live in a city I always wish to escape to the coast, forest or rolling hills.
Why not head to the south coast, Dorest or the new forest both are low risk areas and some great places to get lost in and gather your thoughts |

Nature calls.. shutting off from social media, resorting to your cave and allowing time and silence to process everything. Wherever you go.. I hope you find that. Even if it's just around the corner. |
