Yeah there's stretching and there's pain. I've had some success with a guy with small hands, although minus thumb. But it's something I'll keep trying.

Absolutely love it and despite having large hands have helped train quite a few more petite people to take it.
As said many times above, just be patient, take your time and respond to what the body is telling you - to many people are determined that “it’s going to happen today” when the body clearly isn’t up fit it!
There’s so many other factors too:
- be as relaxed as possible
