When was the last time you done something creative for fun/enjoyment?
Used to love art at school and achieved an A at GCSE, but not properly drawn/painted anything since i left. After spending yesterday creating a 'messy' collage with little one it just got me thinking how much fun it is.
After she went to be i dug out my tonal pencils and sketch pads and sat down and drew some flowers. Super relaxing.
Any hidden artists on the forums? |

Just designed my nieces 18th Birthday invites, doing Graphic Design where I have complete control on the design is very rewarding, specially when they approve the first draft  |

ah since your a cake person (please excuse my stupidness) - whats all the silicone cases about?
Bought a cupcake tin yesterday and they had some silicone moulds. I took them out and put paper cases in. |

i make stuff every single day, granted its my job, but i work with a whole range of materials and make glass, pottery, toiletries and cosmetics and sterling silver jewellery. I couldnt imagine not being able to make stuff every day, it think i would go mad |

I made a icing rose for a girl I fancied many years ago, took me a age but she loved it and said it looked real. I know not very manly.
I made my own and daughters bedroom furniture before my accident. All from oak logs to finished items, very rewarding job |

I'm sorta itching to do some drawing/painting type of stuff..
however am happy with photography the now...and digital manipulating when I can be arsed lol...
yesterday I turned a dry coffee/sugar in a cup into a sun, an earthlike planet and moon
my fave one is my friends dog playing with a ball-that Ive edited so its playing with the moon |
