It’s hard, just got to keep on trucking. Honestly the best thing I did was start gaming again. Was hard going without the gym. Glad to have both xx |

It is no fun that is for sure and I think we are all missing the energy and drive that having people around gives us (together with the frustration that they can bring as well)
There will be a dawn to this long night OP, and for those of us who are alone it is difficult, but it’s difficult for everyone else too.
My advice is much the same as above, find something to occupy your mind in a positive way, a book, a hobby, a chat with an old friend.
This time will end and the world we step back out into will be as new, and we get to explore it all over again. |

The forum is a good place to connect with others. And there are people here who are, or have been, going through similar feelings. You are not alone in feeling how you feel.
I have experience of anxiety and depression and, even though I'm on medication, still get low moods and am, at the moment, on a lower ebb - probably a mixture of heading into autumn/winter and six months into the pandemic. I have found going for a walk in the mornings perks my mood up and let's it settle on a more even level for the rest of the day.
Keep posting on the forum and maybe join in with some of the lighter threads. |

Getting to over the line is always hard, marathon runners legs wobble, people always want to look back after walking away, the last days of winter bite hardest.
But you will get over the line, you will raise your trophy, you will keep walking down that new road and the spring will come. When today is rough, think of tomorrow and what that could be and you will get over that line |
