Always before food and drink plenty of water.
Seriously it happens,my mojo is non existent at the moment.
Regular exercise and a healthy diet works wonders. |

I read that exercise,regular aerobic exercise and strength training can increase your stamina, improve your body image, lift your mood and boost your libido. Also reduce stress and bad habits. |
