with the amount of messages most woman seem to be getting and men complaining they dont get a reply or even there messages read should they start limiting the amount of male profiles. So youd only be allowed to join once some people deleted a profile for example. Just a thought. |

So does that mean your happy to delete your account and wait until there is less men about?
The Fab owners want more people on here not less. |

So a limited stale choice of the same old group of non-profile reading, one liner plus inappropriate pic messaging, angry, insulting, repeat messaging men for the ladies to choose from? Sounds like a dream! |

Nah, wouldn't be fair...
Why should one person have to wait around to join whilst there are multiple inactive profiles?
Wouldn't give the site owners any scope to make more money from newbies supporting the site either.
Sorry OP...shitty idea imo.

I do think single guys should not be allowed to message before they receive a wink or message unless its to another guy Or maybe one week a month where that applies.
But thinking that and the practicality and fairness of that are two different things. People have the option to block messages from single guys and those that complain about getting too many messages or inappropriate messages have the power to resolve that, by being the first to approach. |

Not being funny but your not a business owner are you. ? You don't limit the numbers of your best customers.
Add to that there are some extremely fussy women out there ( rightly so ladies ) and if they dont have a huge pool of guys to choose from they might not find a suitable play mate and hence leave the site. Double whammy from the business perspective. |

Whoa steady on there folks i think you've smashed the op's idea without due consideration let alone conducting careful trials to see how it might work.
I suggest in the interests of science we approach this clinically, now if you chaps would all just delete your accounts for 1 month I'm prepared to be the initial guinea pig here(i know but i don't mind taking one for the team). I think if we start with just 1 man so as to create a baseline from which we can examine later results it would be the most fair.
I'll be sure to document my findings in detail. |

Now you're being far too logical and sensible Why would anyone use the tools available to them to make their experience on the site more pleasant? And what would we do without all the threads moaning about how many crappy messages ladies get?
Seriously though, there are a lot of ladies that don't like to make the first move, for whatever reason, and would rather trawl through the copious amounts of drivel on the remote chance of finding a decent message from someone that they fancy. |

I don't think that's the solution.
The issue with the overload of messages is more to do with the types of guys messaging and what they say, rather than there just being too many. If the guys who write disrespectful or content less messages could be dissuaded from doing so, that would be good. If you stop guys from joining, you would stop both the good ones and the bad ones. Keeping all the guys on here keeps the good and the bad.
It would make more sense to try to address quality not quantity, not that I am offering a method for doing so. |

Nooooooooooo! Variety is the spice of life - all the idiot men would be left on here and no new gorgeous fresh meat would be allowed to join. |
