The pamper package I put together for my friend arrived and she is really happy. Lovely emotional moment from my perspective, I can get things right!

Have you proposed yet though? That's the only way you can truly do a good deed.

She’s had to shield because of the big C and had jokingly told me that she wasn’t keeping up with her hygiene regime, so I sent the box after stating it was a plea from her neighbours.

Yeah I've had to do some things to help those who've shielded (and am working on some under my care who should be shielding)

Then everyday you have a little victory! Today my uncle was given the “all clear” from the big C which means that the effort all my family out in to driving him to radiotherapy has paid off (and we know longer have to taxi the lazy bugger).

Today has been a good day and for that, I am grateful

I stopped my van to let someone reverse out of their driveway onto the highway on my way home.

It was a Citroen Picasso.

That’s all I’ve got

Generally being supportive to a friend who was sexually assaulted by her date at the weekend... unfortunately it appears the police are unwilling to do anything

I just calmed down my neighbours 24 year old cat that was having a fit and now he has gone off to the vet, but a cuddle seemed to calm the old bagpuss down a little before he went. I shall worry all day now (I know, I know he is old, I should expect the worst but I will keep my fingers crossed)
