I'm just having my oats and I do like them in the morning, be it simple porridge or protein flap jacks etc.
What's your favourite thing to have for breakfast? |

"Yoghurt with granola.
I miss giving my ex a bj before breakfast. That was a great start to the day "
It's been at least 15 years since I was given one of those first thing.

"coffee and a fag, leftover pizza
I'm Waynetta Slob. "
Hello there
I must confess that way back when I was young, dumb and full of you know what and I smoked 40 a day I did get my leftover kebab out of the bin in my kitchen (it was wrapped up) and had it for breakfast with a can of Stella.

Which half would you like to be naked.
Top, bottom, left or right?
Lol I will compromise ... just an apron "

At present I'm having microwave oats (ensures same amount daily). The last couple of days I've added a scoop of banana slimfast shake to it as protein is far too low imo. Now also using skimmed milk instead of semi, will I start seeing results?
The only way I can ever lose weight is to lower carbs and up protein. This time around I've discovered I haven't been upping it enough. Here's hoping I start to lose more than 1-2lbs a month.
