I made one on Tuesday for me and a friend. Was Pork on this occasion but love all meats as a roast

Forerib of beef.. why? Because its awesome and comes with Yorkshire puddings! And red wine gravy. Nuff said.

Love them... Haven't had one for bloody years.... Someone take pity on me!.. In order of preference... Lamb, pork, chicken, beef..... Oh and followed by homemade apple pie and custard please... I'll wash up

Mine has to be roast beef oven at 180 degrees cook for 39 mins every half a pound plus extra thirty minutes on top at the end.

Let the meat rest after for at least an hour before slicing and serving.

Crispy roast potatoes and mash (being greedy).

Peas broccoli and leeks ( always 3 veg)

With homemade horseradish sauce and colmans English mustard.

Homemade large Yorkshire puds.

Gravy

Job done.
