I dont mean proper phobias. Just things you dont like. Things i was scared of as a kid ive mostly grown out of but, theres things im scared of now that up to a few years ago didnt bother me in the slightest. Apart from with fireworks ive not had bad experiences with things to do with my fears its seems ive grown into them as ive gotten older. Anyone else grown out of fears and into others |

I have a fear of being burgled or robbed.
I came home from college when I was about 16/17 to find the front door open and lots of stuff missing from the house.
Ever since then I have had recurring dreams about people taking things from me or burgling my house or swiping my car.
I have at least 1 dream a week about this sort of thing and I am incredibly security conscious.
It is one reason why I like living where I do, because just to get in the place, a burglar would have to be 'dedicated to his cause' to say the least.

I drove past a charity shop yesterday and the window had a display of them porcelain dolls - must have been about 20 of them all watching from their locked in worlds.
I wish I'd have known earlier, I could have took a pic for ya |

After seeing my parents get ill and die of cancer that scares me.
Being ill mostly.
Have had a few health problems since i was in my twenties where i was in a lot of pain.
Spiders, fireworks, heights.
Being pregnant and giving birth, scares the shit out of me.
Luckily i dont have to worry about that now.
When i was a kid my parents and older brothers and sister were quite over protective of me.
They would tell me things were dangerous
which made me nervous.
You could say i am quite a fearful person, most of the time. |

My hubbys a lot older than me, so he will die before me.
I have known him since i was 17.

Unfortunately all my friends are older than me, (apart from Bussy), who I've just adopted.

Frogs - but the OP said no phobias and I class that as such.
Human statues is the other one. I'll run past them with my hands over my face. I did that all the way down La Ramblas in Barcelona and outside the Colessium in Verona!!! |
