Off the back of Lacey’s thread, for all us people who forget to eat (like me ) check in with what you’ve eaten so far today.
I’m literally having a slice of toast with peanut butter now, because I thought about putting up this thread and realised I should probably eat |

I started the day with yoghurt and coffee
I then ate five jaffa cakes because I felt sad
I then had two crackers with some cheese
I've now got a cup of tea and raisins

Lightweight..."
I can now add mushroom soup and an egg salad roll to my food intake.
I want to drink myself into a stupor later so need the calories to absorb the wine |

Home made bean chilli with cheese.
Me and another local Fab member are supporting each on losing some weight together but one thing I will never do is forget to eat! |

Two slices of bread with a lot of butter and peanut butter. Two biscuits. Two rashers of middle bacon, brie, broccoli and tomatoes. Don't know what's for dinner yet but I might have a banana and some Greek yogurt in a minute while I decide.
I've eaten way more carbs than normal today |

I had some cabbage in the fridge.
I went online to find out how to make spring roll wrappers.
I made some.
I made spring rolls with a cabbage, onion, carrot, ginger n green pepper chop suey.....

Breakfast - 100g oats, 450ml milk, 65g whey protein, 1 banana blended up
Snack - 6 oat cakes, 1 tin tuna with light mayo, apple, orange
Lunch - 400g rice, 300g steak, 1 avacado
Snack - 1 wrap, 100g chicken, light mayo
Pre gym - same as breakfast |

Gym finished
3 meals post gym
300g plain boiled rice with 3g salt meal 1
300g rice, 300g steak, 200g broccoli meal 2
300g cottage cheese and 4 oat cakes meal 3 |

Having been made to eat today I actually feel kinda and overfed
Had a spinach, goats cheese and butternut squash pasty for dinner with loads of veggies, but I just feel so full I might pop like a balloon!! |
