"Dadbod ridiculous saying.
Most my mates are dads and all look after their selves and have incredible bodys.
Really really grates on me. "
What is a dadbod? Is there a definition? Is there a scale or a measuring tool? Similar to working out how much spaghetti to use. |

When people misuse the word literally. For example.
That's the most stupid thing I've hear in literally a million years.
This was taken from a real life conversation |

She does like to put naughty references in , I was in absolute stitches once when she was talking about wild beavers , & she asked her colleague Charlie State “ when was the last time you saw a beaver ?” |

"
“ I’m not being funny but.... “
Normally it’s followed by something that is definitely not funny and critical
That or "no offence" or "telling it like it is".
They're not arsehole pardons."
....sorry, but...... |

"Going forward". No, you mean "in future"
Seasons, instead of series, relating to TV programmes makes my blood boil |

""At the end of the day". Had a work colleague say it constantly.
At the end of the day, you can go fuck yourself, how about that?!"
I've got a colleague who always says "you know what I mean " after every sentence. |

I think it's an Americanism, because their really popular programmes have such long series. Often 26 episodes in a run, like Friends used to have |

A series in America is the complete run of a programme (every episode ever made). Each series is split into seasons (that year's episodes).
In the UK a series is the whole run of episodes and that year's episodes (only for series that are generally shown once a year). |
