I find when its really bad that getting up and doing something helps. So I go to the 24hr supermarket. The biggest one.you can find! One trip round (handy if you need a.shop) home, unpack then behave like its bedtime again. Helps me. |

A properly darkened room, only use your bed for sleep (other than nooky natch) not to read.or watch tv. Have a warm bath, watch or read something soothing or listen to music, drink a glass of warm milk (for the tryptophan) make sure you're comfortably warm and go yo bed at a set time.
It's worth trying yoga, it can be fantastic to aid sleep and you'll learn relaxation techniques. |
