If your Bourbons have gone soft because you hid them from the child then forgot where you hid them but then found then while looking for the Nutella which you had also hidden, just pop them in a hot oven for approx 5 mins and they will crisp right up again like new!
Thank me later ![](/icons/thumb_up.png) |

Problems with the 'lead' of your pencil crayons constantly breaking while trying to sharpen them, because they have been dropped and the insides are shattered?
Put them on a baking tray in a cold oven, turn on to 120c for 5-10 minutes then allow to cool |

Keep all the big roll centers you've been panic buying and store your rolled up reusable shopping bags in them ... keep your parking loose change in your car in an empty plastic polo or chewing gum container |

"Mix egg shells and old teabags for compost for your houseplants "
Add a good mix of 'greens' in too, any bits of plant, to aid the composting process. Autumn is a good time to pick up some fallen brown leaves, as balancing the brown and green makes a good process and output. It's great that they've cut plastic from teabags now - probably not all brands yet. |
