It is weird being this hot they leaves do have awesome colour ranges though this year, Im still collecting conkers and over heating in the brilliant sun though  |

Homemade shortcrust pastry, top and bottom with the correct ratio of mincemeat and crust. Utter heaven. |

I do like autumn, getting all cosy and snug with fluffy blakets and comfort food. It's a nice time of year.

Mary Berry for the Christmas cake recipe but I soak the fruit from around now rather than boil it like she does.
The mince meat I make it up as I go along and make it really boozy. I usually try to make some to last a extra year but used it all last year. I do have a Christmas pud maturing though |

It's definitely Autumn now, I'm very happy because a lovely gentleman sent a message on behalf of someone reminding me of pumpkin spice lattes coming out very, very soon. Safe to say I'm incredibly excited (more so than mince pies). |
