Take so bloomin' long to cook a nice steak? one that just falls apart with ease, moist and full of flavour.

2.5 hours for a 400g braising steak! I'm hungry now *sigh*

Another hour to wait before I can put my wedges in to roast *double sigh*

Buy a lovely piece of fillet or sirloin. Only takes minutes to cook to perfection.

Invest in a slow cooker and cook it all day

It doesn't. Just dip it in a red hot pan on both sides and serve minute tops

Good in theory, but I never know what I want to eat until I start to get hungry

I like my steaks cooked ALL the way through, not dripping with blood when I cut into it

I'll be raiding my snacks several times later
