Everytime the bloody sun comes out I end up with really bad prickly heat and end up looking like a leper
Docs no use, says stay out of the sun lol
Anyone else suffer from this and has any ideas or help it would be appreciated |

Tried antihistamines and they do work slightly, the aloe Vera gel doesn't really do much for me tbh
Looking like a wide brimmed hat or me when the sun comes out, really fetching look for this er summer |

"Buy a generic pack of antihistamines and keep a tub of Aqueous cream in the fridge.... you will need to take it out to apply it."
Have antihistamines galore polo lol, I'll try the aqueous cream though, anythin to calm it down |

whilst in the army i spent time in the jungle where lots of the lads suffered from prickly heat ,our sas instructors advised doing a buddy system with a scrubbing brush and basically scrubbing off the dead skin cells worked a treat |

Allergic reaction to the sun antihistamines not sure of the spelling and a good sun cream. Funny enough the sun actually helps my psoriasis its never as bad in the summer. |

Win Lotto...You stay indoor with your indoor swinming pool and just relax..You can even plan a bounga bounga party with plenty of girls...Untill then use baby powder as suggested |
