Everyone has ups and downs in motivation and confidence. Maybe try talking about what's on your mind?

My mojo comes and goes and in the covid situation it's no surprise people are feeling down more.

If you've got anyone around you that you can talk to then talk to them. If not the MIND website has a list of organisations who offer helplines for people who want to talk through feeling low or down.

Lockdown has a lot t0 do with it ,im feeling my weight gain over lock down has knocked my mojo a bit too ,but it will pass ,just keep in there take a step back maybe ..

I went to the docs with low mojo. Got prescribed Testosterone and it turned it round for the much better.

Like a new man.
