A while back my Dentist taught me how do this properly, she flossed every tooth with interdentals and now I’m addicted. In just two months I’ve gone from 0.3 to 0.8 and I really enjoy it , it’s like ASMR and teeth just feel amazing. Even pack them on sleepovers
Anyone else love flossing ? |

"I should be doing it but am haphazard at doing it. It's certainly not something I love doing."
It’s definitely worth paying to get it done the first couple of times , especially if your dentist is cute.
Stick with it, it takes on average 66 days to form a new habit |

"I’ve got one of those water pik things, it’s like a mini Karcher for between your pegs. I highly recommend them but as with flossing it’s more essential than pleasurable. "
Not many restaurants in the uk give you picks after a meal, it’s a shame as it’s the biggest cause of gum disease , cleaning doesn’t dislodge meat. I have a similar one on my credit card Swiss Army knife ! |

"Absolutely, just as important as brushing!
I use oral b satin floss and interdentals, also have an air flosser
Air flossing......think I need a new gadget...... "
There is a philips one which has a little reservoir and you can add water/mouthwash or leave it empty.
When you add mouthwash its a hell of a fresh blast! |
