Today ive allocated time to go through my daughters baby stuff and save the special items of clothing for future years to look back on..
Did you have a favourite item of clothing? Or one that was memorable for the wrong reasons?
mine was a denim dress that ended just above the knee. it had a purple flower stiched onto the left front pocket and loved wearing some gold sandles with it... oh to be 7yrs old again |

I used to have what my dad called my 'Shitehawk Jumper'
I can still see it now. It was knitted. Cream with brown sleeves with an eagle (the shitehawk) across the front.
Sounds awful, probably was, but I loved it ! |

My favourite dress when I was little was a yellow flared skirt one with a huge yellow ribbon tied in a bow at the back and it was covered in large white roses. I constantly look to see if I can find a 50s inspired dress which is similar so I can wear now, but to no avail.
I also had a pair of scholls and I loved them. I wore them til they virtually dropped off me. I bought some more about 3 years ago and it wasn't the same |
