Hey guys,

Anyone else has this foot problem?

Also known as " Policemans Heal"

Those who do will empathise what I did over the weekend.

Gone a long time with only weak/ dull ache. This until I stepped down from a van , not looking where I put my foot. Not noticing a large stone/ pebble...foot landed right on top it " hard" right into the arch... ooooah curumba..!!

Immediately lost balance then twisting ankle aswell.

Ooo the cursing..!!

My mates just said laughing oh pain will pass in an hour or so...

I wish, I know it's not life threatening but god it's a BUGGER..!!

Yeah I get it. I have a water bottle in the freezer and roll my arch on it to ease the spasming

I had this, it was awful.

I found doing foot stretching exercises helped that I found online, I then changed my footwear to Sketchers (I’ve never been a heels lass) and wearing flip flops/sliders (any cushioned footwear) in the house.

I’ve not had a recurrence.

I get flare ups now and then and it can be horrendous. Rolling your foot over a golf ball or tennis ball helps

Coupled with a heel spur it is seriously painful - in the middle of a flare up and I currently walk like a 90 year old

Bham

I got a foot massage roller from Amazon. Looks a bit like a sex toy but it's good when my heels plays up.
