Get to understand it, as it's driven by something. Talk things through if possible with someone you trust or a professional, as it can often be easier than trying to unscramble something alone in our head. It's a fairly common issue, where people feel this, despite many people being around them. |

It's usually because you feel unable to communicate with anyone around you or that they don't understand you. People can be very understanding if you let them in. Is there one person you feel you might be able to relate to? |

If you feel able to talk to someone who is close to you.
You can go to 111.nhs.uk and go through their symptom checker ('feeling lonely') and they will give advice.
If you feel unable to talk to those around you then there are services to help. There is a list at the URL below:
