150 press ups, sit ups and weights during a weekday plus a five mile run in the morning. Cycle at the weekends. For three months now.

"I doubt I can even do 10 press ups "
Just start with 1 a day for a week. Up it to 2 every other day. Then 2 4 times a week. Then 3 for 1 day and 2 every other day. You'll soon get past the aches and start improving quickly. |

"I do 60 push-ups and 60 sit-ups every morning
Great thanks. Interested as I wondered what that looks like. Is it worth the effort. Looks like its paying off for you!"
Thanks mate, just trying to keep the middle-aged spread at bay I start each day with a stretch routine, to wake myself up, then 30 push-ups, 60 crunches/reverse sit-ups (I alternate days), then another 30 push-ups. I then do 5 strength building workouts per week, in an evening, using dumbbells or my kettlebell. At a weekend I treat myself to a 5k run, or two lol |
