I am in bed john s snoring his head off .. and has 3 pillows i was thinking it would help in stop if his head was up , lol i will get him to turn over soon may help x |

If you have certain illnesses, such as Diabetes, you'll likely be prone to snoring.
Men with a collar size of 17" or more will almost certainly snore, and will invariably snore too, and may well also have a condition called sleep apnoea!
I discovered this 2 years ago when I made an error at work on a nightshift, but had no recollection of doing so, and my Union rep had me see my GP for check-up; sleep apnoea was diagnosed, and it saved me from being fired.

My dog snores a lot and also does little barks and twitches in her sleep a lot, I've got used to it now though and find it relaxing.
