Search for "tattoo kits" on ebay and you'll find that; starting at under £30 you can scar somebody for life. It is quite, quite terrifying.

Crikey - only just seen this - yes and have to agree - totally scary! Oh well, at least we have the NHS to sort out the dickheads who try them!
