Question for corset wearers
Do you wear your corset with the modesty panel in its proper place under the laces, or pushed to one side so that the laces sit against your skin?
I prefer wearing mine with the laces against the skin
Besides, I could never do the one with the modesty panel up properly on my own. Hence I took it off, much less hassle now! |

I prefer the laces against my skin and I feel sexier with no modesty panel so I always tuck it to the side but deff thinking of removing it cos it can be blooming annoying when the corset dont sit right all cos of the panel

I always wear it with the modesty panel under the laces.
If not,no matter how slim you are,you always get that thick skin crease down the middle of your back.
Sort of like a giant camel toe!

I think it also depends on how tight you wear your corset and whether or not they are made for waist training. I only have waist training corsets and wear them 6 inches smaller than my natural waist measurement so a modesty panel is a necessity. If you're wearing a plastic/lightly boned corset that only takes an inch off your waist then you dont normally need a modesty panel as there wont really be any squished "back fat" so to speak. |

If its a corset with a modesty panel I wear it in place under the laces,I agree that it can be a right fiddle to do up yourself but it can be done eventually....keep practicing! |

A regular steel boned, modesty paneled corset usualy has a standard size difference of 4" between the corset and your actual waist size.
IE:28" waist 24" corset and so on.
After a while you'll probably find you can drop another inch or two, good eh?

A well fitted corset normally has very little gap between the edges and ideally, should be parallel even if this is hard to do without custom, made to measure.
Some nice views here, you can see the difference between the well fitted and the not.

Mine are for waist training, except I only wear them with formal eveningwear to give myself a decent waist!
I have learned to wear it looser than intended a few hours beforehand, so that the body can adjust to the eventual tightness etc...
Mine have at least 5cm gap at the back, and I can probably do them up even tighter. However, it is flipping hard trying to do it up on my own.
Perhaps I should take up kind offers from nice gentlemen to help me lace up |

You might find things get undone rather than done up and then you wouldn't get out at all |

It depends if you feel confortable showing your face on here or not.
Many people show their faces on here
I don't as I am not comfortable with it. |
