I've just come across adverts for anal lube with numbing agents.. Has Anyone any experience of these? Does it really reduce pain of initial insertion?

I personally don’t like the sound of that, one how do you know you aren’t being over stretched / damaged if you can’t feel it; and two how deep would that numbing agent go, example would you know you have a bowel movement if numb
