I know I'm a woman but I know for me I can get desensitised from too much stimulation so a small break and starting again gently usually does the trick. Might be worth a try for the guys too, who knows. Though obviously it's okay if it just doesn't happen too. |

It happens, dude. For many reasons.
Physical, exhaustion, psychological, even some diet changes. Loads of factors.
Don't stress it, though: stress is kinda the biggest one and really, it doesn't say anything about anyone.

Yes. As the female half, I have always found it hard to cum.
Squirting is not an issue, but to orgasm is hard with hubby or others.
Things get too wet to quickly haha
It's not about being horny, or certain mood.
If I do it myself it's very easy but with hubby or fwb or both, I find it very hard.
If I do orgasm it will be because I am on top and controlling how, what and where...
It's well frustrating..

I am like this too. Then other times I can cum very easily and multiple times. I just don't think about it as I still thoroughly enjoy the sex.

Sometimes the problem is that you've had a patch of too little sex and too few orgasms and the body's got used to that. In other words, assuming you have no meds problems or other specific issues, you have to train your body a bit so it's used to cumming. |

Ex military, spinal injury, meds for PTSD and it happens a lot. Sometimes I have what I call a dry cum, same effect minus jizz. I have the same problem and not yet found a solution. Can cum when I'm on my own or phone or sex texting and can gush for England in front of someone. But, despite being every feeling going, tears in the eyes, body shaking etc, I very rarely cum in front of anyone. Twice in the last 15 years!!! |

My otherhalf cant cum if he gets too hot. We sometimes forget to turn on the dyson fan and its frustrating for us both. Obviously dehydrated, possibly doesn't drink enough water regularly enough, it recommended about 3 litres of water every day, tea and coffee doesn't count apparently 
As an aside, if the partner is aware of this beforehand it does at least put them still ease in as much the self doubt about THEIR performance ( in want of a better phrase) and what have they done wrong.
