It’s true though. A lovey lady from the forums who I don’t know well messaged me with a lovely compliment. Really surprised me but also cheered me up no end |

Actually this is so true! My work environment can be super stressful at times and i am constantly thanking team members for an incredible shift.. and i leave notes on our work ipads for other staff when they log on to make them feel appreciated and valued
yesterday the big director came down and handed me a card to say what a remarkable force i am within the team and everyone has noticed a boost to moral when i am on shift as some positive ball of energy..
people have even said they pick up overtime just because i have been allocated that shift.. which is crazy but i feel the love |

...and it costs nothing to be kind. Great thread OP, and if everyone thought and acted like this, it would make for a better place for everyone. |
