Healthier snacks, fruit instead of crisps or chocolate.
Fasted cardio might help as well. Ideally in the morning before breakfast you could go for a walk for an hour?

If you’re hoping there’s a short cut, there isn’t one, stop the junk food, eat plenty of fruit and veg and do high intensity workouts, as opposed to long slow intensity, the bonus of high intensity is it keeps burning fat after you’ve stopped.
This is my one serious comment of the day. |
