What do you like to prepare for a weekly meal at work if you are in training?
I just made steak with padron peppers and a vegetable omlette for the protein days.
Am trying to think about the carb meals? |

Im trying carb free atm... amd struggling pal. Been hammering scrambled eggs amd bacon. Im going to reintroduce carbs when im back in the uk. Its difficult as i dont do chicken |

You could try the slim pasta from Holland & Barrett it’s free from carbs, sugars, fat and gluten its similar and the nearest I’ve found to pasta. |
