I find it goes through phases...22-26 was great! 27-30 wasn't much good, but 31-35 was probably best.

To be honest it improved when i joined Fab at 52. I was with my partner a very long time and sex was ok at first but got a bit dull. He would never allow me to indulge in group sex which is something i now enjoy.

18 to 26 was a lot of fun uni then just after then at 26 nosed dived to 31 then was great with ex who enjoyed swinging then dived towards end of our relationship then been hit and miss since.

Early 30s to now (bar slight hiatus at this moment due to surgery). Possibly late 20s too, just before I was pregnant with baby no.2. Although when S and I were at uni, it was pretty damn good too.

So, to summarise, I'd say it was best all the times over our 17yr relationship

As I've explored more and found out what does it for me, plus techniques to make sure the guy enjoys himself too, things have gotten better and better.

Being more confident, finally accepting my body the way it is and learning to like myself as I am, have all helped too

We have always had a very active sex life before we had kids. If we weren't working we were having Sex.

Our life's were turned upside down 8 years ago. So we have had a journey and a half. But we still take every little step every day with each other. So i guess what we have been through has bought us closer and more sexual than we have ever been.
