Why do some women add the word lady before the word wank?

It would be odd to do this for other verbs.

E.g. I’m going for a lady walk

Or, I’m going to enjoy lady reading this book

Maybe it's because lady walking and man walking are the same thing and the same movement is required... But man wanking and lady wanking look a little different?
