...a car boot sale.

Off to a big one on Sunday with my wares, who else is a junk aficionado?

What was your best bargain?

We're big charity shop people. We've had loads of clothes, books and kitchen stuff from them.

Me too! When I'm out with the grandchildren we are almost entirely decked out in charity shop hauls and they have has clothes and toys I never could afford otherwise.

A mate calls it CSI - charity shop investigation.

Oooo same! My best buy was an Emma Bridgewater full dining set (plates, bowls, serving bowls) in polka dot, no chips or scratches because the owner had a new set. £5. £5. I felt like such a boss.

Not sure about plates. I picked up an out of production board game for £10 with all the pieces which I was after. £200 on Ebay!

P.O. Box DE1 0NQ

Me and an ex used to go them regularly to get rid of all our junk, but usually just came back with other people's random crap

I used to call it the swap shop

I love them too!! I haven't been to one in years. I've got so many childhood memories going with my dad and having him buy me loads of crap.

I loved doing a car boot, although everyone swooping as soon as I got out the car did my head in.

I love looking for vintage jewellery, art work and a nice vase.

Can’t say I’ve ever had an Antiques Roadshow kind of find though (Sadly!)

Best bargain was the cat.

A small donation to a cat charity and she was mine.
