This morning out on my run huge pile of house clearance shit including massive tv and mattresses just dumped, funny thing I go past everyday and it’s the first time I’ve seen a huge rat out. The rats are obviously there it’s in the country by a pond but it’s the first time I’ve seen one in the open in daylight. |

Sadly the punishments aren't heigh enough for the crime. Vehicle confiscation should be the minimum maybe even a trash van with a conveyor to fill the offenders property up to the roof with trash. |

A lot is to save their money, from having to pay for waste disposal, businesses doing things in socially irresponsible ways.
Individuals who just dump stuff, I don't get, apart from laziness.
We probably need a better system but 10 years of cuts to services won't get it happening soon.
We do need to look at product repair abilities and beibg made to last much longer too. This would reduce the levels of stuff breaking down so quickly. |

I'm a tidy person and hate litter.
But councils are partly to blame here.
You pay a council tax and they waste that money and sometimes bank it without spending like they should.
Now everything costs to go to the council dump and that grinds people when they are already paying for a service.
Councillors getting over the top wages,golden handshakes and bonuses just looking out for themselves instead of you and I adds to people's anger so you get the fuck it attitude and see the shit dumped everywhere.
I know it wrong but greedy councils who put the money in foreign banks instead of improvement in your area are adding to the problems. |
