What software or apps do people use to blur faces on here when protecting identities but doing graphic sexual practices?
I’m looking for something I can use to create reference material for some of my artwork.

Im actually looking for a decent mosaic bit of software that I can use without photoshop. Just something free and cheap That also does blur effects. |
