Hello everyone. I am relaxing and soon I will go out for a walk. I guess we could meet but with a distance and not to get naughty cos of the virus? I will watch a movie and I got the haribos ready

Hi pal and ty yes. I have power walk and I aim for 10000 steps in one go, it takes about 90min and yes those haribos are abit addictive arent they, which are your favourite ones there?

We will be travelling to north Wales after work for a camping weekend of paddleboarding, running and mountain walking... can't wait for the working day to be over

Ty and yes it does increase the energy to the walking and those cherries are good too, my favourite ones are the gummy bears as well
