"The banks are unquestionably good at making money for themselves, but are the people running customer services brain dead ? In an attempt to mitigate the diruption caused by their software fiasco they offered a help line to ring, but you guessed it was an 0845 number.It could have surely been a free 0800 number.So we pay them to find out what the fook they have done with our money.
