I wouldn't advise it, maybe try a Biro or try and find some charcoal and make a paste.

Any black pen I'm sure. Sharpie is quite difficult to get off your skin.

A friend of mine shaves her brows and draws them on. She forgot to draw her right eyebrow on one day and it took us ages to work out what was up with her face
