That was a very good race all-round
Personally I was jolly pleased to see Hamilton in the wall, getting petulant with his steering wheel. Can't abide the man.
Its a shame that scumie got points though. |

I fell asleep until the last 5 laps.
F1 just isn't what it used to be (for me) but I agree with the Hamilton comment and the podium seemed comforting somehow - just like old times and good to see the faces of veteran stars up there again.
Kinda wish Rossi would show some form again but he's just not Agostini at the end of the day. |

Do we have cross-motorsport contamination?
This, and last season (F1) have popened up no end, and the dull days of previous years are over for the time being.
Lots of interesting and talented new drivers, with what werte the "lesser" teams of old really coming to the fore now.
'citing! |

"It was obvious yesterday ferrari would be in the points ecclestone hugging the ferrari boss.Whats the betting Hamilton gets penalised for Maldonado driving into him again just like last season."
Let's hope so eh?
Hamilton is a dirty driving, Team-Favoured cry baby piece of Prima Donna nonsence. |

Kidderminster+ surrounding areas. |
was a good race from the start for sure, best this season so far.
i can well understand lewis hamilton being pissed off though about being shunted out of the race into a wall inside the last 2 laps!,i mean anyone with a winners psychological make up would be pissed off with that as the other driver came from off the track and thus out of racing line surely you could se that?,imagine it happening to good old michael schumacher or crybaby alonso, can you imagine the rage and outcry?.
was a bad race for mclaren mechanics again who cocked up with the front jacking of hamilton earlier in race losing valuable seconds and his place to alonso. |

OK I'm really showing my age here ( I do have a brother 13 yrs older than me.)
I was brought up in the Jimmy Clark era where the drivers did a saloon car race b4 the grandprix and a sportscar race after.
Times have changed

Great race and fair play to Alonso keeping tyres good all the way home. Not my fave driver but credit where its due. After all 11th to win is a terrific show.
Hamilton is a gritty talented World Champion who is totally intent on winning the Championship for McLaren if not individual races. He clearly had problems and was driving for the 2nd place that would have extended his lead in the Championship. To get punted out as he did was hugely frustrating and unfair so I am not surprised the steering wheel went walkies ..
Anyone else notice it was the last 3 Ferrari No 1 drivers on the podium. And all World Champions too. |

Great race, was great to see Schumacher get on the podium when most of us at 43 years old would be aching just doing the garden ! LOL. Another bonus was seeing Hamilton in the wall, i think people would like him more if he didn't act like an idiot when he is interviewed, especially playing the race card last year even if it was a joke, not clever Lewis, not clever ! Maybe he will grow up and then people will like him for being a great racer as he undoubtedly is |

Personally I think of Schumacher how you think of Hamilton. Just goes to show its all about perception and nowt wrong with that. To me Schumie is one of the most talented F1 drivers ever but has a cheating streak which overshadows all his achievements.
Hamilton is also a very talented driver who is still very young and possibly immature but was persuaded to part from his Father's influence and has not been the same since. In his defence his 'off track' and 'off camera' work is admirable and he does a lot for charities behind the scenes so give the bloke a break? At least admire him for the racer he undoubtedly is. |
