The M27 has been under construction for a gazillion years and is going to be for a gazillion more. It’s such a pain in the bum.
I don’t understand the hard shoulder thing. Does that turn into a lane if there’s a lot of traffic? Are cars expected to never break down  or have I misunderstood |

In a way Lockdown saved my soul, no longer need to travel towards the office plus don't have cruise control and the urge tap accelerate was too much.. I tend to do B roads and try and avoid as much as possible.
