Hinge is another one that’s meant to be god but I’m convinced it’s only good in London. When I worked there it was great for dates but in Hampshire it’s dead |

I hated tinder mainly because you go just off photos which can be very misleading.
Bumble was ok but women has to message first which I'm crap at.
PoF was ok but was on years ago so might be different.
Heard Badoo is like a Facebook for dating.
To be honest they are all much and such and depends on what you are wanting it for - just sex or actual dating? |

I joined recently not like I'd heard ie rampant etc.
Mostly guys looking for a relationship (which tbh I wasn't expecting)

I am having a fabulous time on Tinder, and Bumble (and Pof) at the moment, ever since lockdown eased.
I am sure it is just lockdown novelty value, and loads of "locked down" women on the hunt / pull -
But for now ( as long as it lasts ) I feel like what single women must feel on here!!

Tried tinder , Pof and Bumble, can’t say any of them
Are better than the other . Ads , fake profiles and bots becoming more frequent .

Honestly, right now I "sucks2bu" on Fab atm, no prospects, no messages, etc. but for single guys this is not an uncommon experience, and I am not bothering to update profile, pics, or status etc. ( too busy on tinder to bother with that! )
You are correct, Women, especially Gorgeous Women will always have the upper hand and be inundated with messages and dates and offers etc. Not rocket science.
However, in comparison to Fab, Tinder, Bumble et al is just "rocking" at the moment (pour moi), ... but admittedly my beer googles are mostly on, and the quality factor may not always be there! ... that is how men increase their selection pool !!
But also with Fab still essentially opposed to all socialising and meet requests - compared to the dating sites which to all intents and purposes - it is business as usual for C19 dating!
And all the Pubs and Bars are really perfect for meeting proper dates too.
So the vanilla dating sites seems to be the place to be right now??!! Supply and Demand wise ... |

Tinder in my opinion is a waste of time. I have had several different profiles on there over the past few years and even if I got a match, guys generally didn't chat to me much before ghosting me!
I will stick to using this site. |

I was on Lumen but as of 23/11/20 it has become part of bumble I am also on POF and Freedating . Not had much luck on these sites thinking in the new year deleting all accounts and concentrating on London meet up groups as one of the groups I am with do cinema night , pub night , meal night so a good chance to meet someone and take things from there. |

Yes, I don’t particularly like it. I find it full of men who just want sex, but are too afraid to admit that’s all they want and instead tell me things they think I want to hear.
I prefer it here as at least most are on the same page and it’s easier to have an open conversation without the assumption that I want to immediately jump their bones because sex was mentioned. |

I’ve a friend who does very well out of Tinder amd he’s no Chris Hemsworth, but has a lot of
Female aquatances. I also have a friend who is far too good looking and he has no joy on there (it’s a different matter when we go out and women flock to him) |

I think I must have installed a completely different version of Tinder to EVERYONE I've ever met. Each time someone likes me (which admittedly doesn't happen very often anyway) it comes up with their screen blank and I can't see who it is- unless, of course, I pay a monthly subscription to join Tinder Gold. What's up with this bollocks? How come other people seem to think it's free? |

I'm surprised that so many people have issues and bad luck with Tinder. I must be lucky. For NSA and hook-ups or one night stands with single guys I've found it the best app or site. It's not much good for swinging, threesomes, groups, parties and all that. Fab is best for those. But for a meet and fucks with guys... let's just say I've had a lot of success! Xx |
