I've spent the weekend comfort eating.
Bread.
Ice cream.
Pancakes.
Chocolate.
All the biscuits.
Scones.
Yoghurts.
And I still had dinner too.
I will be rolling into next week.
What are your go to comfort foods? |

"I had a bit of choc orange for the first time since last Christmas. I've not eaten choc for months actually, but the combo of my period and surgery mean that chocolate is needed "
I hope you feel better soon and the chocolate helped |

Today I had the cheesiest macaroni cheese, chips and milkshake for dinner. I’m so bloated but I still want snacks so I’m probably going to do a snack run for Doritos, Cadbury fruit and nut and pick and mix
I haven’t had a period in 10 years but my coil is due to be replaced in the next few months so I think they might be coming back with a bang. |

"Bacon sandwiches
Soooo much chocolate
Homemade pizza (makes it healthier right?)
Ice cream
Crisps
GIN!! "
I'm not much of a drinker but gin has come a long way with all the fancy flavours! |

Always room for chocolate and sweets!
Mine is due to be replaced soon and I'm dreading it for that very reason!
Good luck |

Not sure it helped last night, so I think I should have a few more segments tonight |

I'm currently on the not eating then waking in the night to chunder when I do eat.
So for now, coffee and cherry pepsi max are my comfort "
Aww not good! Hope you manage to keep something down especially with how hard you work and being on your feet all day.
On a side note can I just say your new photo is hot as hell |

I am going to have a pasta bake with beef, sliced mushrooms, ham, onions, peppers, celery, garlic and lots of cheese and lots of cream for dinner. Good for the soul and the body will need a rest and demands an early bed time. |

"I don't eat food to comfort me... I tend to not want to eat when I am in a bad head space"
Depends for me, if its stressful i wont eat or if its sad.
If its just boredom or loneliness though I will comfort eat |

I bought these 2 tubs too but managed to only have a few out of each.
Chocolate is easily my go to binge food.
If I'm in a needy comfort food way its toast with butter/jam/marmalade/eggs/nutella/ham/cheese. Anything on toast or I make eggy bread. |

I treat comfort foods no different to any other addictive and potentially harmful drug |
