I've spent the weekend comfort eating.

Bread.

Ice cream.

Pancakes.

Chocolate.

All the biscuits.

Scones.

Yoghurts.

And I still had dinner too.

I will be rolling into next week.

What are your go to comfort foods?

I had a bit of choc orange for the first time since last Christmas. I've not eaten choc for months actually, but the combo of my period and surgery mean that chocolate is needed

Today I had the cheesiest macaroni cheese, chips and milkshake for dinner. I’m so bloated but I still want snacks so I’m probably going to do a snack run for Doritos, Cadbury fruit and nut and pick and mix

I haven’t had a period in 10 years but my coil is due to be replaced in the next few months so I think they might be coming back with a bang.

Always room for chocolate and sweets!

Mine is due to be replaced soon and I'm dreading it for that very reason!

Good luck

Chocolate is easily my go to binge food.

If I'm in a needy comfort food way its toast with butter/jam/marmalade/eggs/nutella/ham/cheese. Anything on toast or I make eggy bread.
