If anyone is looking for an incredibly intense series to get their teeth into then have a look at Kingdom on Netflix.

Frank Grillo is incredible but Jonathon Tucker will get inside your head and your heart. Immense acting and gritty storylines.

It’s set in an MMA gym and it’s worth a watch.
