I suck at it. If I’m honest I kinda hate night shifts. They turn me into a right grumpy cat and if its bright outside then I really struggle to sleep during the day.
I do day shifts as well, so no rest for the wicked! X

Admittedly I’m not in a relationship and swinging Together which I’m genuine terms makes it void however I feel swinging here has lost its spark a little bit now and is becoming more and more simplified which is a shame as it’s about experiencing something different and unusual in essence |

i know wasnt my question..
But when i used to work nights it would often be a block of 4 in a row..
1st night id work having stayed up all day prior so that was a bit of a challenge but would really help me get into the daytime sleep routine.
Id finish 8am.. and probably hit bed around 10am after eating breakfast... id wake up at 6pm and have an evening meal.. then start work at 8pm with 'lunch' at 1am lol |
