Child 1 (now 18) slept like a log. Piece of piss is parenting, or so we thought.
Child 2 (3.5yrs) - has woken up at somewhere between 1-3am at least once every night for the past fortnight and only goes sporadically with sleeping through till maybe 6.30am. Smug sleep parents = now retired.
Children are different, who knew?! |

My oldest (now 18) the same, I actually laughed at how easy it was........
My 7 seven year old .......made me pay for breezing through the first time.....she's the reason I work ridiculous night shifts with zero effort |

"Not had a good night's sleep since I was 12,im kinda used to my constant zombie state of existence "
Wow! I become very irritable and snappy when I'm tired. I need my sleep! Only my kids have got away with disturbing my sleep and not getting their heads bitten off! |

"We’ve taken it in turns to have a night in the local premier inn just so we can catch up on sleep. "
That sounds like a great idea! Although as appealing as that sounds for us it wouldn't work. |
