If your wanting instant results then you would need to go to a dentist as only they are allowed to use peroxide which is what you need. But you can get teeth whitening gels to use at home you just need to do it daily for around a week to get good results  |

Opalescence 35% syringes are very good, especially if you have had them whitened at the dentist in the past.. only wear for 30mins a day though as it’s quite strong |

only shit that really works.
its a gel and comes with a top and bottom set that moulds to shape of your gums.
you fill the gel in the trays and place in mouth for a few minutes.
