Does any else get horny while running or working out? I run 10k 2-3 times a week and often find myself stopping for a discreet wank midway.

I get horny when I finish a workout and I’ve had time to recover. Basically when the endorphins hit.

I get what you mean. I get a buzz from exercise, when I go to the gym and go for a run and it's normally post work out rather than during for me.
I once ran Brighton Half marathon and then met up with someone and spent the rest of the day fucking. Thought I'd die but somehow found a second wind |

Yes, all the time. Running makes me feel very primal and in touch with my body, and I always get a rampant horn when I'm thundering through the countryside.
