Wife got bit on her leg cutting the grass it went really red swollen and hot. Apparently we have got something called False widow spiders in uk nasty bite worse than a wasp sting. |

I got stung on the back of my knee by a wasp at the weekend while asleep in bed, and as I was wearing shorts it then went up the leg and stung me 3 more times, once on the ball sack. Not a nice way to be woken up. |

Nah, my mum's house backs on to woodlands with a pond in it and sumner was mosquito central if you left the windows open. It's why some countries have nets over the beds. "
