Pain vs pleasure threshold..

I'm currently r9lling a golf ball on the arch of my foot to help ease the tightness caused by sunken arches..
It's really painful but kind of a nice feeling at the same time.
What do you do that's kind of painful but pleasurable at the same time?
Also any ideas for easing this pain greatfully received. |

I have extremely flat feet. The pain is non existent now, due to the orthotic inner soles I have made for me by my local nhs podiatry department.
You should be able to get referred by your gp. Once you're under their care, you can contact them directly for replacement orthitics as & when you need them. |

Ahh ok I'll look into this.. I was diagnosed with it after breaking a bone In my foot and going to physio... but never referred me to anyone |

Oh actually you know that feeling when you're pooping and it's difficult to get it and you feel like you are going to die but finally it comes out and you're like wow, that was kind of nice.

Depending on your local health authority I suppose the rules could be different but I'm sure you could be referred.
You can get the same privately if you can't get it on the nhs x |

I've tried that.. got one pair them they wouldn't get me any more. My feet are killing me if I walk barefoot.. affects everything!  |

My feet are so painful walking barefoot .... especially after playing sport. |

I was paddleboarding other day and forgot boots.. I paid for it after !

Me too!
My calves are still sore from walking on the sand earlier this week (I haven't stretched my hamstrings properly) but I quite like digging at them. Same with DOMS from going to the gym. I hate them but love them at the same time |
